Rose

Plant essence guidance for the soul:

To help define the direction of love. To make a choice from your truth within. “Know yourself.” Trust yourself.
The rose has an essence that will assist with the transformation of humans through the Universal Love. Love of all creation.
We have been given the opportunity to transform ourselves at this time through Universal Love.

The rose wants to assist with this process in a gentle and nurturing way.
You have been working with rose essence for so long, and have more to understand of how this essence can assist you on many levels of understanding. To be able to understand this requires a transformation within yourself so you can listen to your wisdom from within and trust it through sharing this wisdom with others, so they may have the courage to share their wisdom.
The rose assists with the process of honouring not only the wisdom of your Ancestors, but also honouring the paths that they travelled through Love.
In this way we can bring together the understanding and wisdom within each of us so that we may transform.
The rose has an essence that will assist the transformation of humans at this time by being at one with all through Universal Love, and loving all creation. This includes human creations.
To honour the Ancestors and the paths they have travelled through Universal Love will assist in the transformation of humanity at this time, to be able to be at one with all through Universal Love.

Interesting tidbits:

The rose is a herbaceous perennial found in temperate regions throughout both hemispheres. Its natural habitat is probably northern Persia, on the Caspian Sea. From there it likely spread across Mesopotamia to Palestine and across Asia Minor to Greece.
Some rose species have very large fruit (rose hips), which are edible.
Rosa comes from the Greek word for red, rodon.
The Romans made lavish use of rose blossoms. They floated them in their wine, dressed brides’ and grooms’ heads with them, and scattered the blooms on the floor for feasts and celebrations. To them the rose was a sign of pleasure, and the companion of mirth and wine, but it was also used at funerals.
It was once a custom to hang a rose over the dinner table was a sign that all confidences were to hold sacred.
Later people had a plaster rose embossed on ceilings above a dining table.
The Bulgarians grow onions and garlic between roses; they observe that the roses’ perfume is stronger with the garlic than without. Onions and garlic also repel rose pests.
